Volunteer Requirements

  • Enthusiasm and a passion for learning
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Email writing skills will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Availability during the conference dates (This condition is applicable only if you are from the conference hosting country)

Volunteer Categories

Volunteers who meet the above requirements will be selected based on their qualifications.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Disseminating conference promotional materials among academic networks.
  • Working closely with Academic Profiles.
  • Supporting Conference Promotion Campaigns.
  • Collecting and handling databases.
Benefits:

Volunteers who meet the requirements mentioned above and are from the conference hosting country will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited slots (2-5) are available for this category.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Managing the registration table along with the Conference Committee Members.
  • Welcoming participants.
  • Handling PowerPoint presentations and session coordination.
  • Providing social media and marketing assistance.
  • Assisting with on-site event coordination.
